We had a perfect stay in Valladolid next to the city centre and Casa Azul for two nights and the center. Staff was helpful and provided us with climate control, an individual safe and a seating area. The location was magnificent for exploring Cathedral of San Gervasio, that is set at a moderate distance from the apartment...

Garden, Terrace, Free WiFi, Continental Breakfast: With vibrant colors surrounding me, it felt like stepping into a real-life painting. Enjoying my morning coffee on the terrace, I marveled at the stunning garden, feeling as if I were sipping my brew amidst a serene oasis. The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, with a continental feast that was as delicious as it was energizing.

Bathroom smell.

The room came with a big double bed and even a hammock, which was a unique and cozy touch. the family that ran the place were very lovely and even made us breakfast in the morning, which was a treat. the hotel's location was great, just a short walk to the main town square and a convenient 10-minute walk to the bus station and the Chichen Itza collectivo.

The bed was a bit tiny for two people, especially if you're used to a bigger bed. It was fine for a two-night stay, but could be uncomfortable for a longer period.

The accommodation was conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to the bustling town square and within walking distance of popular attractions. The room and bathroom were clean and well-equipped, just as depicted in the pictures. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing guests to use their office after check-out. The breakfast provided a satisfying spread of fruits, bread, butter, and jam, accompanied by a fresh cup of coffee. The wifi connection in the room was strong and reliable.

One drawback was a slight inconvenience caused by occasional noise from passing vehicles at night.

Lovely stay. Had a bit of difficulty finding the door, but not a big issue. Limited parking space, plus free street parking. Friendly and hospitable host. Room was spacious with a mini kitchenette, comfortable bed, and hammock. Big and clean bathroom with a padded toilet seat. Nice staff, happy to help. Convenient location close to city center. Scooter rental nearby. a comfortable stay.

Free WiFi that actually works! The continental breakfast was surprisingly edible. I felt like a queen with my own balcony and air-conditioned room.

Oh, just a minor inconvenience, the nearest airport is only a few hours away. How convenient!

The fully equipped private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries made us feel right at home. We loved that the double room had a tile/marble floor, giving it a cozy and luxurious feel. The kitchenware and private entrance in this double room were a bonus, making it feel like our own little apartment. The seating area in the twin/double room was a great spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The microwave in the twin/double room was super convenient for heating up leftovers or making a quick snack. The kitchenette in the double room was a major plus, allowing us to prepare simple meals during our stay. Having a microwave in the double room was handy for popping some popcorn for movie nights.

Personally, we found the tile/marble floor in the double room to be a bit chilly underfoot.

Located in the city center, close to Cenote Zaci and transportation. Very kind and helpful staff provided useful information including a map. Storage for luggage available. Clean room with a comfortable bed and even a hammock. Great value and a lovely stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Azul! The rooms are spacious and equipped with a mini kitchenette. The bed is comfortable, and there's even a provided hammock. The bathroom is clean and the toilet seat is padded. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the city center but without any noise. a very comfortable stay.
